Suction Feeder - Functional Principle
In the P&P suction feeder, the product at the front is pulled from the inclined lateral magazine via a lever mechanism using vacuum suction cups. Spring-loaded deflectors retain the subsequent products in the pile. This feeder is suitable for inherently rigid products having sensitive surfaces (data carriers) or covers in which no relative movement or friction may take place on the surface.
The suction wheel principle consists in slightly lifting the uppermost sheets onto an air cushion by means of laterally supplied blown air. The uppermost sheet is sucked at the sheet edge via a rotating vacuum drum and pulled out towards the front. This feeder is suitable in particular for thin products having sensitive surfaces or paper sheets of 40 g/m2 to 170 g/m2. The separated products are then placed on the outfeed conveyor unit, aligned and passed on to the further processing unit.

PP (Pick and Place Suction Feeder)- Product Feeder for CDs and CD Cards
The KÖRA-PACKMAT pick and place suction feeder is a special feeder for damage free feeding and positioning of CDs und CD cards. This module is suitable both as a single module and for integration into wrapping machines.
The pick and place suction feeder can be plugged in and connected to the wrapping machine and upon connecting the pick and place suction feeder, it receives the start signal directly from the PLC control of the wrapping machine and thus runs synchronously to the working cycle of the machine.

PPV Suction Feeder- Product Feeder for CD`s, CD-Cards, Sachets, Tissues, Trays, Blisters and Similar Products
KÖRA-PACKMAT`s PPV feeder is a pick and place suction feeder used for damage-free feeding and positioning of CDs, CD-cards, sachets, tissues, blisters and similar products. The magazine can be exchanged during automation mode resulting in a continuous machine operation and hence is an ideal machine for continuous feeding of flat, uneven products.

TSA Drum Suction Feeder- For the Feeding Of Booklets and Brochures in Film Wrapping Machines
The KÖRA-PACKMAT drum suction feeder guarantees safe separation of stapled brochures or magazines, especially when the cover page is relatively thin. The products are separated by cam controlled flat belts and a vacuum suction unit. Due to double flat belt guidance, the exact guidance of the product is guaranteed making it the ideal machine for feeding of magazines and brochures.

The KÖRA-PACKMAT high-performance suction wheel feeder is a feeder with sheet pick-up from above. Simple, fast format adjustment and digital electronic sheet distance regulation.
