Complete Systems - Functional Principle
Apart from the individual devices, we also offer complete systems i.e. production lines, mounted on conveyor units, into which, for example, glueing and identification stations can be integrated. The units are designed and assembled by our Engineering Department as an integrated unit.
Feeding / Identification Unit – For Feeding and Labelling of Packing Material
Design and Characteristic Features:
- Feeding and labelling of packing material like e.g. folding cardboard boxes or diverse flat products
- Integration of various components like labelling unit, ink-jet-system, barcode readers, drag mark detectors and others, barcode systems
- Base material supply via a feeder (inline or at an angle of 90° to the line)
- Continuously running flighted belt conveyor for the transport trough the test and marking stations
- Quickly running transfer belt for hand-over to the stacking module or following processing machine
Feeding and Affixing Module – For Positioned Bonding of Flat Products on Cardboard Bases
Design and Characteristic Features:
- Feeding, application of adhesive stripes with hot-melt dispenser and following feeding of the product and pressing against the cardboard base
- Integration of various components like labeling unit, ink-jet-systems, barcode-readers,
drag mark detectors and others, barcode systems
- Feeding of the cardboard bases via a feeder (Inline or at an angle of 90° to the line)
- Continuously running suction conveyor for the transport trough the hot-melt stations and dispensers
- Suction feeder for applying product like e.g. lotion samples, sachets, post cards, chip cards, booklets on the cardboard bases and alternative vacuum rotation feeder VRF for products with irregular surface
- Quickly running stream outfeed conveyor for hand-over to the stacking module or following processing machine
Accessories
Apart from the standard designs, KORA-PACKMAT feeders can be fitted with certain additional equipment such as:
Outfeed Extension
Vertical Design: For the vertical feeding of products, in particular products that have to be fed upright.
Suction Feeder Design: Product guidance by suction and readily accessible for integrating identification or monitoring systems.
Magazining
Tandem, Triple and Quintuple Magazines:
For a high degree of magazine loading directly on the feeder. Plug-in change magazines. Processing order is programmable. Magazine change via linear unit.
Autoloader Conveyor:
Sheet-by-sheet placing of the products on the feed belt and deposition of the products in the feeder magazine. Designs in various lengths.
Autoloader Conveyor Equipped With 2 Or 4 Vertical Magazines
For a high degree of magazine loading with products. Automatic change to another magazine as soon as the level drops below the minimum. Magazine refilling by hand. Feeding takes places to the feeder magazine.
