The technology:

• All machine functions are controlled with gearless drives
• Short change-over times – ideally suited for small and medium-sized job orders

The machine is suitable for 1- and 2-color-printing in one run. You can also use the machine for multi-color-printing in several runs with the help of mechanical or optical registration. You can print on flat surfaces and bodies of most different materials. These are glasses, bottles, ashtrays, cans, candles etc.

Printing surfaces can be cylindrical, oval, oval all-round, triangular rounded, square rounded and multi-angular rounded, flat and, having a small printing image height, conical.

High Speed digital imager for waterless offset plates the K26-O HS

The Kammann Ink Control software for an optional automatic adjustment of printing inks through analysis of the digital image data. The operator using the Ink Control software can adjust all fountain keys. Adjustment data can be saved for future job runs.

Automatic washing unit for digital offset printing plates the K26-W

KAMMANN now offers the new K26-W washing unit for printing plate cylinders as an ideal and time saving extension to their range of CTP and offset printing machines. Two printing plate cylinders can be cleaned simultaneously within the washing unit, which only uses pure water as the cleaning agent. The cleaning program consists of various cleaning cycles and takes approx. 1 minute to complete.
