When integrated with a FANUC robot and System RJ-3 Controller, Random Order PalletTool provides an efficient method of setting up, controlling and monitoring mixed palletizing applications. Random Order PalletTool builds upon FANUC Robotics' proven PalletTool® software.
RemovalTool
RemovalTool application software, integrated with a FANUC robot, SYSTEM R-J3 or R-J3iB Controllers and a force control device, provides the user with a cost-effective solution for robotic surface and edge finishing applications.
R-J3/R-J3iB Integrated PMC
The R-J3 and R-J3iB Integrated PMC (Programmable Machine Control) Software option provides the ability to execute a ladder logic program on the R-J3 and R-J3iB Controller. PMC allows R-J3 and RJ3iB Controllers to operate external devices via ladder logic programs, potentially eliminating the need for an external PLC or Soft PLC in small systems.
ROBOGUIDE Handling PRO
Handling PRO is a member of FANUC Robotics' ROBOGUIDE family of offline robot simulation software products built on the Virtual Robot Controller. Handling PRO allows users to simulate a robotic process in 3-D space or conduct feasibility studies for robotic applications without the physical need and expense of a prototype work cell setup.
ROBOGUIDE-PaintPRO Software
FANUC Robotics' PaintPRO software is a graphical offline programming solution that simplifies robotic path teaching and paint process development. PaintPRO is specifically designed to create paths that can be utilized by FANUC Robotics' PaintTool application software.
ROBOGUIDE-PalletPRO and PalletTool
The ROBOGUIDE-PalletPRO and PalletTool palletizing simulation package helps save time and expense for the development and integration of robotic palletizing and depalletizing systems. ROBOGUIDE-PalletPRO and PalletTool is built on the FANUC Robotics' Virtual Robot Controller and is a plug-in option to ROBOGUIDE, FANUC Robotics' simulation software. It is also available as a stand-alone package for palletizing integrators and end users.
ROBOGUIDE-WeldPRO
WeldPRO, FANUC Robotics' latest plug-in to the ROBOGUIDE off-line programming tool, allows users to simulate a robotic arc welding process in 3-D space. Driven exclusively by a FANUC Robotics Virtual Robot Controller, WeldPRO is empowered with the most accurate program teaching tools and cycle time information available in any simulation package.
Shape Generation
Shape Generation is a cutting utility specifically designed to simplify the setup, programming and touch-up of two-dimensional shapes. The typical method for programming a robot to cut shapes accurately requires teaching dozens of individual points and is often a time consuming trial and error process. FANUC Robotics' Shape Generation requires only one taught point and a specified shape size, significantly reducing programming time.
SpotTool+
The SpotTool+ application software package, integrated with a FANUC Robot and SYSTEM R-J3 Controller, provides a spot welding specific solution for body shop and general industrial robotic applications. SpotTool+ is designed to simplify and standardize the setup and operation of FANUC robots used in body shop applications, including spot welding and dispensing. Built-in functions typical to body shop applications are provided, allowing the operator to easily teach positional data and logical sequences using familiar terms and menu-prompted commands. Full functionality is provided at the teach pendant for setup, operation and troubleshooting, including diagnostics, status reporting and error recovery information.
SYSTEM R-J3 Networking Software
FANUC Robotics SYSTEM R-J3 Controllers contain a built-in 10BaseT Ethernet port. This interface, combined with a dedicated communications processor, allows FANUC Robotics to offer advanced networking software tools to connect R-J3 Controllers to other robots and remote computers over an Ethernet network. FANUC Robotics also supports network communication through a serial port using the Point to Point Protocol (PPP). These software tools make it simple for you to transfer robot programs, monitor robot operation, collect production data and troubleshoot from a remote computer.
SYSTEM R-J3iB Networking Software
FANUC Robotics' SYSTEM R-J3iB Controllers offer advanced networking software tools to connect robots and remote computers over an Ethernet network. FANUC Robotics also supports network communication through an external modem using the Point to Point Protocol (PPP).
Through Arc Seam Tracking (TAST)
Through Arc Seam Tracking (TAST) automatically adjusts the robot's vertical and lateral trajectory to compensate for part warping or misplacement.
TorchMate 3 Software Option
The TorchMate 3 software option provides a low cost, easy-to-use solution for automatic adjustment of the Tool Center Point (TCP). TorchMate 3 automatically compensates for bent torch barrels and worn contact tips to reduce weld repair and increase system uptime.
