Arc Welding Solution Arm
FANUC Robotics' Arc Welding Solution Arm provides many advantages over a conventional robotic torch configuration. The Dress-out Package eliminates the typical torch offset, increasing the stability and reliability of the torch cable assembly. Increased arc density is easily achieved with two or more robots working closely together without interference.
AccuChop
AccuChop is a process control package used in fiberglass lay-up applications which provides features for resin and glass delivery rate control and display, as well as various detection alarms. AccuChop is designed for both gelcoat (resin and catalyst) and chopped fiberglass (resin, catalyst and glass) applications. Both resin flow and glass feed can operate under open loop or closed loop control. The functionality provided also handles error recovery events and does not require PLC logic to spray parts.
AccuDeflash
FANUC Robotics developed AccuDeflash, an innovative patented process for robotic deflashing and trimming of a wide variety of plastic parts. The process utilizes the speed, repeatability and reliability advantages of FANUC robots to provide a consistent automated process. The process allows a robot to deflash and trim plastic parts that may vary in size or shape. AccuDeflash is successful because it tolerates part-to-part variations.
ACCUFLOW
ACCUFLOW is a closed loop fluid delivery control system providing quality paint performance improvements for use with FANUC Robotics' finishing systems. ACCUFLOW's ability to correct for dynamic changes in fluid pressure, viscosity and other flow parameters provides consistent, repeatable fluid delivery volume.
ACCUmist
ACCUmist is a process control package used in die spray applications which provide features for precision delivery of die spray as well as interactive process control and monitoring. Unlike traditional flooding-style die sprays, ACCUmist process control capability allows the die caster to make the necessary adjustments to avoid overspray die problems such as under/over cooling and improve productivity by reducing downtime for die maintenance and die repair.
Adaptive Welding
FANUC Robotics has taken its proven arc welding process technology and combined it with the joint sensing capabilities of the Servo Robot sensor to offer a real time adaptive welding process. Operating within the ArcTool application software is a user-definable adaptive algorithm that utilizes sensor feedback to dynamically adjust welding parameters. These parameters include weaving; travel speed, voltage and wire feed speed to volumetrically fill the supported joint designs.
AquaBell Paint Applicator
FANUC Robotics' AquaBell direct charge waterborne paint applicator applies waterborne paint electrostatically and reduces paint waste. The applicator also provides closed loop fluid control. FANUC Robotics and Sames jointly developed the applicator to improve finish quality and process throughput while providing environmental benefits when integrated into a robotic paint system.
