Print and Apply Labeling Systems
Auto Labe’s versatile line of Print and Apply Labeling Equipment includes economical systems using table top printers and complete systems using Sato, Datamax and Zebra print engines. All of our Print and Apply Systems use the latest Thermal Transfer printing technology for virtually all product identification needs. Standard systems are available in Tamp-Down, Blow-On or Wipe-On configurations to label the tops, bottoms, sides, corner wraps and two label adjacent corners of a variety of products. RFID
Model 110SR RFID Label Applicator
Auto Labe is now offering the Model 110SR RFID label applicator. The model 110SR incorporates the latest RFID reader technology for encoding EPC data directly to an RFID label, prior to application. The 110SR is an "apply only" solution for customers who do not require on-line printing of RFID labels. The model 110SR drive systems utilizes the latest technology in servo motor drives for years of trouble free, reliable use. The 110SR servo drive provides consistent and extremely accurate label placement. Auto Labe also provides turnkey labeling systems including conveyors, in-line RFID label verification antennas, rejection stations and custom PLC controls to seamlessly integrate systems into any production environment.
