Weigh & Fill Machines
The PBi is a floor model electronic weighing system capable of measuring any dry, free flowing product from portions ½ oz. to 5 lbs. The machine comes with a standard 2-cubic-foot hopper and will discharge pre-set weights via a foot pedal.
Heat Sealers
We offer a full line of tabletop sealers. PBi Constant Heat Sealers are a workhorse for small and medium operations. The new Double-Impulse Sealer is a simple foot operated unit with preset timing. This sealer handles a wide range of materials from lightweight 2 mil to heavy-duty 20 mil, and has a 3/16`` wide seal.
Grinders
The GPX Disc-style grinder is designed for all coffee applications with batch sizes as small one pound (including flavored and gourmet coffees, where clean-out is important). Designed to grind from 350-600 lbs. per hour, it provides cost effective grinding with excellent grind control.
Vacuum-Flush-Seal Machines
PBi offers robust vacuuming systems for the small and medium packer who wants to deliver modified atmosphere packages (MAP). Machines are capable of handling either four small bags or two large bags per cycle. Equipment can be set for vacuum and gas flush, or gas flush only.
